Terms & Conditions Wadah4D – Terms of Use for the Malaysian Platform

By using the wadah4d platform, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms take effect from the date you first access the platform and remain applicable for as long as you hold an active account on wadah4d.

Wadah4D reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the wadah4d platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the wadah4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when using the wadah4d platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not eligible to register if you have been placed on a self-exclusion program or any recognised exclusion list.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Accounts registered with false or misleading details may be terminated immediately.

Wadah4D reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a utility bill, or other documents as proof of identity and address.

As a wadah4d account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including wadah4d staff.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your credentials.
• Notify wadah4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your profile information whenever changes occur, including your email address, phone number, and banking details.

Wadah4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" function on the login page or contact wadah4d customer support.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks).
• Funds deposited may only be used for betting and gaming on the wadah4d platform. Using them to settle third-party debts is strictly prohibited.
• Wadah4D does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets, and between 15 minutes and one hour for FPX transfers to Malaysian bank accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your wadah4d account.
• Wadah4D reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold for security review or identity verification purposes.
• Withdrawals involving a bonus are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Wadah4D offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, sports tournament promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Chinese New Year. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in its respective terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible account holders. One bonus per person, per household, per IP address, or per device.
• Wadah4D reserves the right to void any bonus or related withdrawal if there is evidence that bonus terms have been abused, manipulated, or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash.
• Wadah4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All Sports Betting activity on the wadah4d platform is subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances expressly specified in the rules of the relevant event.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, even if the odds subsequently change.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered and does not resume within 24 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play bets (placed while a match is in progress) are final once confirmed. Delays in live data transmission do not constitute grounds for cancelling a bet.
• Wadah4D reserves the right to limit bet amounts, decline bets, or close specific markets at any time at our sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error during bet processing, wadah4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount.
• Accumulators containing cancelled matches will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections only.

For sports coverage on wadah4d — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, NBA, and Formula 1 — the specific rules for each sport and event are displayed in the relevant sports section of the platform.

The Live Casino section and casino games at wadah4d — including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, sic bo, and number-based games such as lottery — are subject to the following rules:

• All casino games on wadah4d use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for digital games, ensuring that every round's outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.
• Live Casino game results streamed live from the dealer's table are final and not subject to dispute, except where a valid claim warrants review of the video recording.
• Any technical disruption — such as an internet disconnection during an active game — will be resolved based on the last recorded server data, not what was displayed on the user's screen.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and may vary by game type and table.

The following uses of the wadah4d platform are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the wadah4d platform to process illegally obtained funds or for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using hedging (arbitrage) betting techniques designed to unfairly exploit bonus terms.
• Use of another person's information: Registering or using the platform with another person's name, identity card number, or financial information without their consent.
• Access by underage individuals: Allowing or facilitating platform access by individuals under the age of 18.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing wadah4d support staff or other users through any communication channel.

Wadah4D cooperates with authorities and financial institutions in efforts to prevent financial crime. Any suspected activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

Wadah4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion that these terms and conditions have been breached.
• The user fails to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account activity shows signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• The user has requested self-exclusion through wadah4d's responsible gaming programme.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the wadah4d customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (i.e. balances not subject to any outstanding rollover requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account login credentials secure.
• Third-party content that may be accessible via links from the wadah4d platform.

Wadah4D's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Wadah4D reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be announced via a notice on the platform or by email to registered members.

It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the latest version in effect. Continued use of the wadah4d platform following any notified amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
